Shipping policy
At ARKHIVED, we aim to process and ship your order as smoothly as possible. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience, from the moment your order is placed to the time it arrives at your door. Here’s a summary of our shipping policy to keep you updated throughout the process.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that during new product drops or the weeks leading up to major holidays, such as Black Friday and Christmas, shipping delays may occur due to high volume within the carrier’s system.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment at any time.
Package Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, please note that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, holidays, or carrier delays. ARKHIVED is not responsible for such delays but will assist in tracking any missing orders. Additionally, ARKHIVED is not responsible for any errors caused by incorrect consumer input in the order form. ARKHIVED is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot change shipping addresses after an order has been placed. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to help.

Customs Disclaimer
Additional import customs fees may apply for shipments to certain countries. UPS/DHL will notify the customer, and it will be the customer's responsibility to cover these charges. For any inquiries regarding customs clearance, please contact us at arkhivedco@gmail.com for assistance.
The recipient is responsible for covering customs clearance fees and any applicable taxes in accordance with the customs regulations of the destination country. Therefore, import charges, including customs duties, are the customer's responsibility and not covered by ARKHIVED.
If the customer refuses to pay these charges, the shipment will be deemed rejected and returned to our warehouse. A refund will be issued for the purchased items, minus any costs incurred to ARKHIVED due to the rejection of the shipment.
